These terms apply to Secure Vision Solutions operational SMS messages for SVS technicians and approved field technicians working on SVS assignments.
Program Description
Secure Vision Solutions Dispatch SMS Updates are operational messages for SVS technicians and approved field technicians. Secure Vision Solutions may send messages related to dispatch assignments, site visit confirmations, appointment reminders, ETA coordination, check-in/check-out coordination, and service updates. These messages are not marketing messages.
Messages are currently sent from +1 (920) 744-3511 or another SMS-enabled Secure Vision Solutions dispatch number if the number changes.
Consent
By submitting the SMS consent form or otherwise agreeing to receive dispatch SMS updates from Secure Vision Solutions, you authorize Secure Vision Solutions to send operational text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies based on assigned work and dispatch activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt Out and Help
You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages. You can reply HELP for help or contact Secure Vision Solutions Dispatch at (920) 241-8060.
Privacy
Secure Vision Solutions handles SMS information according to the Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
