We use this information to coordinate dispatch work, confirm site visit schedules, send appointment reminders, support technician check-in and check-out coordination, communicate service updates, maintain job records, and comply with messaging requirements.
SMS Messaging Privacy
Secure Vision Solutions Dispatch SMS Updates are sent to SVS technicians and approved field technicians for operational dispatch communication. Messages are currently sent from +1 (920) 744-3511 or another SMS-enabled Secure Vision Solutions dispatch number if the number changes. SMS messages are not used for marketing.
Message frequency varies based on assigned work and dispatch activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Secure Vision Solutions does not sell or share mobile opt-in data, SMS consent data, or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers, such as messaging and workflow platforms, only as needed to deliver messages and operate dispatch workflows.
Choices and Opt Out
Technicians may reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out. Technicians may reply HELP for help or contact Secure Vision Solutions Dispatch at (920) 241-8060.
